What can I expect from the experience?
Learn about the culture and craftsmanship of traditional Chinese lantern festivals! Our team believes that when it comes to culture, contribution is celebration. With our lights and lanterns, we hope to provide an unforgettable experience for all. This year, not only will we bring lanterns, we are also excited to bring more family fun such as, dino rides, picture taking opportunities to further expand the entire experience.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an outdoor venue. We have indoor space in case you need to take a little break.
How long does the experience last?
Approx 45 min.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Some food trucks will be available, outside food and drinks are not permitted.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them/tag @winterlanternfestival on IG! This year we also brought in a few figures just for picture taking so get your cameras ready! When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb others. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, there will be chairs and rest areas in our indoor area in case you need to take a break. Some of our venues will also have lantern benches along the route for you to sit and experience the festival outside.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are male and female restrooms available.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
Probably, but this really depends on the vendors who sign up to come in.
Will there be a Gift Shop?
We have one-of-a-kind holiday goods, artisan gifts and stylish souvenirs. Shopping for gifts last-minute? Take home one of our Wish Jar as memorabilia or a gift! Make a wish and capture your memories with every one of these Wish Jars!

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket to maximize your experience.
What happens if I arrive late?
You may be asked to wait outside the gate if our festival is too crowded.
Can I bring animals?
We love pets too, but unfortunately, only service animals are allowed at the event.
Are service dogs allowed?
Yes.
Is there an age requirement?
There is no age requirement; all ages are welcome to attend.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes, it is ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
Yes!
What if the weather is bad?
We are a rain or shine event. In the event of extreme weather, we will notify our guests of cancellation beforehand. You may use your tickets for any other date- no need to exchange them.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, drugs, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No, there are no wheelchairs on site to rent to the public.
